I love champagne. It’s my white wine of choice. And now that the weather is finally warming up, I will be bringing it to social gatherings, and, serving it at home this spring and summer. It tastes great with everything from breakfast to turkey dinner.
Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail
4 oz of chilled champagne
1 oz of pom wonderful pomegranate juice
3 oz KORBEL Champagne
2 oz Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
Garnish with frozen raspberries
Korbel Sorbet Punch
2 bottles KORBEL Brut Champagne
1 bottle white wine
1 quart lemon sherbet
Combine champagne and white wine in a punch bowl. Add ice, then scoops of sherbet. Garnish with frozen lemon or orange slices. I prefer thinly sliced peach wedges.
